At least in my defense, I hadn’t eaten yet. I have an excuse for being hungry. You, though, boo, have none.
I do have an excuse, actually. You made me hungry, with all the listing of yummy foods that I’m now dying to have. Just for that you, my dear, should make it up to me and send me pizza and cookies.
Yes, I’m hungry. Very. I feel like I’ve participated in The HUNGER Games and actually won.
Congratulations. Now I’m freaking starving and I just ate.
Someone please come love me and bring me coffee.
I’d share my coffee… But nope, rather not. I do love you though.
My heart beats fast cause I want it all…♬
"Hmmm. Well, of course I did. I promised you, didn’t I?" He looked at Ashley with a proud smile, but behind it was the hope that she really would enjoy this whole day. He was still a bit nervous if this would turn out the way he planned it to. It wasn’t solely for the purpose of impressing her, either. There was just unshakable desire clinging to him that was propelling him to try his hardest in making this day a happy one for Ashley. They were on a countdown now, and if he could help it, he would make sure that every single second that Ashley spends with him would be something worth keeping in her memories during those times he couldn’t be with her very often anymore.
Watching her rip through the food in the basket, he couldn’t help himself in doing a little adoring shake of the head as he watched her. She really was cute when she was being like this. “Oi! Leave some for the poor driver, boo. Don’t eat all the sweets by yourself. Toss me some, come on.”
At her question of him making things up on the spot, Tyler couldn’t help the sheepish look that overcame him. “Weeeeeeell, maybe, maybe not? I did think this through…but the part where there’s an exact place I would bring you to sort of escaped me because of the excitement.” He peered at her through his lashes, an apologetic smile crossing his face. “So I just thought a roadtrip would be nice. Besides, you’re right. Now you can tell me to stop wherever you want. You’re in control so…wouldn’t that be fun?” As he apologized to her, he had started the car and slowly drove away from her lot. “I promise, though, I would make sure you will have fun in this. You can count on that.” He then gave her a determined nod of his head, telling her silently that he would make sure that promise wouldn’t be broken. “So, now we go wherever. You yell stop when you want to stop, ‘kay?” He opened the windows and raced down the road of the city, loving the feel of the cold air whipping his hair about and hitting his face. Well, that and the presence beside him. He couldn’t help the swelling feeling of excitement and contentment in his chest. Just with Ash beside him, he could tell, this day was going to be one of the best ones yet.
"Poor driver?" Ash repeated, brow raised once more as she eyed him then glanced back at the other basket laying in the back. "Poor driver has another basket back there, this ones ours." She teased, putting the basket to the otherside of her lap out of his easy reach. "Okay, fine. I’ll play nice and give you a little nibble from this one." She said, before pulling two little m&m’s from the packet. "Open up!" She demanded, not missing a beat before throwing both at him at once - knowing full well her aim was no where near his mouth therefore wouldn’t be caught, just as she planned.
Ashley slowly shook her head, amused smile still in place. “You know, you’re lucky you’re cute. Otherwise you’d never get by with half thought out plans.” She said, obviously teasing again. His plans were a lot more thought out than her own ever were. If it required effort to decide on, the blonde opted out in favor of a movie or rerun day in bed. Much like her previous plans. Which, thank goodness, were ruined. This day, even halfway planned out, seemed all that much more fun and exciting.
"Beyond fun. I just hope your reflexes are up for the game." She answered, laugh to match slipping past her lips. Sitting the basket down in the floorboard, she moved Olly to a safer spot on the middle of her lap, making sure the pup was comfy and had her snacks. Before she herself returned to her sweets, popping one after another into her mouth as she watched things slowly start to pass by, enjoying the wind and the sun all around them.
Cry, and cry, and cry some more. No really, You’ll just have to wait and see babes. I don’t do spoilers.
Better idea! Just buy a big house and shove them all in it.
Same as always, bugaboo. I’d leave her with my family.
